A Simple Process

The ultimate goal is to delight owners with custom millwork they will enjoy every time they walk into a room. Although each project is unique, we generally follow an eight-step process:

1. Project assessment - to determine needs, time frame and budget
2. Preliminary drawings and designs, unless provided by the architect
3. Estimate based on the scope of work
4. Site visit - to obtain field measurements
5. Detailed working shop drawings submitted for approval
6. Manufacturing approved products to exact specification
7. Delivery of elements ready to install
8. Follow-up to ensure owner satisfaction
